Maemo 5 nuovamente testimone di un aggiornamento importantissimo di sistema. Da alcune ore è stato reso disponibile un nuovo aggiornamento firmware per Maemo 5 Fremantle e quindi per il dispositivo Nokia N900: la versione 2.2009.51-1.

Lunghissima la lista dei pacchetti che l’aggiornamento va ad installare ed aggiornare.

Ricordiamo che l’aggiornamento è installabile come pacchetto “Maemo 5″ del peso di 90 megabytes tramite OTA, modalità Over-The-Air mediante Application Manager e standard repository, oppure tramite un reflash totale della partizione di root sulla eMMC del dispositivo tramite Nokia Software Updater (ora insignito, nella sua nuova incarnazione, del supporto a Windows 7) e bisognerà attendere il download di un’immagine di circa 168 megabytes.

Il Changelog è davvero impressionante, e chiedo scusa, ma è una follia tradurlo tutto in italiano, ve lo riporto in lingua originale:
